All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on merchandise or services.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within seven (7) calendar days of pickup or delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

• Be unused and in new condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If an exchange is not available, store credit will be issued for the approved value of the returned merchandise.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit:

• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Firearm parts and components
• Optics and mounted accessories that have been installed or used
• Magazines
• NFA items
• Special-order or custom-order products
• Used, installed, modified, or damaged merchandise
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Bang Bang Tactical reserves the right to deny any exchange if an item shows signs of use, installation, wear, damage, or is returned without its original packaging or components.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before pickup or shipment may be subject to a processing or restocking fee, where applicable.

Return to Sender

Packages that are returned to the sender will not be reshipped.When the items return to our facility and get checked back into inventory, we will issue a refund credit to the original form of payment. We cannot guarantee inventory for replacement orders.
