A webinar, which merges the terms “web” and “seminar,” serves as a video workshop, lecture, or presentation conducted online with the help of webinar software. For Ban-Bang Tactical, these sessions are utilized to disseminate knowledge, offer giveaways, and provide updates to a global audience. Additionally, webinars can be used to foster and maintain relationships, establish authority for a brand, or showcase a product.

Federal law requires that firearms can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will verify your eligibility to purchase the firearm in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations before finalizing the transfer. Most dealers impose a fee for this service, which is NOT included in your transaction with Bang-Bang Tactical LLC and must be paid directly to the FFL dealer at the time of transfer. If applicable, the FFL dealer may also have the right to charge sales tax on the total cost of the firearm in addition to the transfer fee. Please ensure you discuss any extra terms and conditions they may have.

Form 4473, commonly known as the Firearms Transaction Record, is a document made well-known by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The ATF operates under the United States Department of Justice. When an individual intends to buy a firearm from a Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder, this form must be completed. For instance, if you wish to acquire a gun or any other type of firearm from a gun shop, you are required to submit this form.

There are ten categories of persons who are not eligible to purchase or possess a firearm under federal law (Title 18, United States Code 922(g)(1)-(9)). They are:

1. Convicted of a felony (or equivalent)
2. Fugitive from justice
3. Unlawful user or addicted to a controlled substance
4. Adjudicated mentally defective or involuntarily committed to treatment
5. Illegal alien
6. Dishonorable discharge from the US Armed Forces
7. Renounced United States citizenship
8. Active protection order (restraining order, injunction for protection, etc.)
9. Convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. Under indictment or information for a felony

In addition to federal law, Florida law prohibits persons who:

• Are adjudicated delinquent of a crime that would have been a felony if committed by an adult until the age of 24 or until the record is expunged.
• Receive “Adjudication Withheld” on any felony or on a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence and three years have not yet lapsed since the completion of sentencing provisions.
