OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES,

AGE 18 OR OLDER.

All individuals who register for a webinar at https://bang-bangtactical.com will automatically be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win the product or service showcased during the webinar. Below are the official rules for the sweepstakes:

1. ENTRY PERIOD:

The Bang-Bang Tactical Gear’s Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized by Bang-Bang Tactical LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”). The sweepstakes commences when the product or service is listed on the website (notifications will be sent via email) and concludes once the maximum number of seats for the webinar has been filled (“Entry Period”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is exclusively available to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry and possess a registered profile on http://https://bang. The following individuals are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: the Sponsor; any of the Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative, or agent of any of the aforementioned entities, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents, including their spouses, regardless of residence) or members of the same household (related or not) of such individuals. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to confirming a participant’s status. The sponsor will make all determinations regarding eligibility, and their decision is final.
3. TO PARTICIPATE: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes through the following method:

Entry Method 1: Purchase a product from Bang-Bang Tactical Gear’s webinar, with the name and number of the webinar subject to change.

To attend the webinar, participants are required to:

• Create a profile on www.bang-bangtactical.com
• Purchase and register for the Webinar at https://bang-bangtactical.com/webinars/

The webinar has a limited number of seats, which may differ from one webinar to another. Registered participants will receive an email confirmation containing the details of the webinar, including the time, date, and streaming link.

In the event that an eligible participant cannot attend the webinar, a video replay will be made available within seven (7) days following the completion of the webinar for all participants to access.

Entry Method 2: Submitting a Postcard to Bang-Bang Tactical

Participants may enter the sweepstakes by sending a postcard labeled “Bang-Bang Tactical Gear Sweepstakes” to the following address: contest@bang-bangtactical.com

Only one (1) entry is allowed per individual, regardless of the method of entry.

Entries must be submitted to the Sponsor no later than the time when all available seats in the webinar have been filled. Any attempt by an individual to utilize multiple identities, engage in fraudulent transactions, or cancel transactions to obtain more entries than allowed by these Official Rules will lead to disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By participating, entrants affirm and represent their agreement to adhere to these Official Rules and the final determinations made by the Sponsor. Upon submission, entry information becomes the exclusive property of the Sponsor. Providing proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of entry receipt. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to inform the Sponsor in writing if there is a change in their telephone number during the Sweepstakes.

4. RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: On the day of the webinar (participants will be informed via email), the sponsor will randomly select one potential winner through a random number generator from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are contingent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE: The winner of the sweepstakes will be awarded the product or service (referred to as the “Prize”). The prize will be obtained, managed, and distributed by the sponsor. The total maximum retail value of the prize varies depending on the webinar. The actual value may differ due to shipping and handling costs. The winner will not be entitled to any cash value or alternative forms of compensation. Prize transfer is not permitted. No other substitutions for the prize will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor in cases of unavailability, in which a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. All taxes (including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes) related to the Prize, as well as any reporting obligations, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize winner must complete and return an IRS W-9 form within the timeframe specified by the sponsor, and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 issued in his or her name for the actual value of the prizes received, if mandated by law.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION/ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The selected winner will receive notification via email within seven (7) days after the announcement of the potential winner to confirm his/her eligibility and capacity to accept the prize. In the event that the potential winner is unreachable or does not respond when the email is sent, a phone call will be made, and a message will be left if feasible. Any such email or voice message will direct the potential winner to contact a designated telephone number or respond via email within seven days (calculated in the local time zone) from the time the notification message was left. The potential winner is required to complete, electronically sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance along with the IRS form W9 within thirty days from the date the notice or attempted notice is dispatched in order to claim his/her prize. The potential winner must respond as instructed to verify his/her identity, confirm eligibility and ability to accept the prize, and provide complete contact details within the specified timeframe, or he/she will face disqualification. At the discretion of the Sponsor, a potential winner may only receive notification once as described above for the attempted prize notification. Should the potential winner fail to respond within the thirty-day timeframe, the Sponsor retains the right to award the Prize to another potential winner through a subsequent random drawing. Furthermore, the Sponsor reserves the right to grant the Prize to another potential winner if the initial potential winner does not satisfy the minimum age requirement to receive the Prize as mandated by federal and/or state law; proof of identity, age, and legal residence may be necessary to claim the Prize.

Any winner or potential winner may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor if: (a) he/she does not provide any required information or fails to submit properly completed documents within the designated time frame; (b) he/she does not adhere to any of the stipulations outlined in these Official Rules; or (c) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any voicemail or email message left is not returned in a timely manner, or if any forms sent to the potential winner are not returned promptly as instructed. In the case of disqualification of a winner or potential winner, the Prize may, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate winner (or runner-up) chosen from the remaining eligible entries through the winner determination process described herein, pending verification of eligibility. All prizes will be awarded. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or missing postal address, email address, or phone number associated with an entry, or for any changes to the address, email, or phone number of the entrant after the submission of the entry. The Sponsor will determine any prize details not specified at its sole discretion. The Sponsor will not replace any prizes that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Prizes are awarded as-is and without any warranty of any kind, whether implied or express. The Sponsor will ship the Prize via USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly to the prize winner OR to a designated Federal Firearm License dealer (if applicable) chosen by the potential winner. All state and federal laws regarding the shipment of firearms or ammunition must be adhered to. NO EXCEPTIONS. The Sponsor will retain all winning entries for a minimum of sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes schedule.

7. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS: By participating, entrants affirm and declare their agreement to adhere to these Official Rules and the ultimate decisions made by the Sponsor. You affirm and declare that you possess or otherwise control all rights to the content you post; that the content is truthful; that the use of the content you provide does not infringe upon the Official Sweepstakes Rules or any rights of a third party and will not result in harm to any individual or entity; and that you will indemnify the Sponsor, its associated entities, and its affiliates against all claims arising from the content you submit. Entrants also grant the Sponsor and its affiliates and sublicensees the permission to use the name you provide in relation to such content, should they choose to do so. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove or delete any submission, or any portion of a submission, if the submission (or any part thereof) contains false, misleading, obscene, or indecent statements or materials, or if the submission (or any part thereof) contravenes any applicable law, as determined at their sole discretion.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, along with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as any wholesalers, retailers, importers, or distributors, including the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”), shall not be held responsible or liable for [a] any failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, telephone systems, or other communication failures; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems, or wireless services; [b] any interruptions or unavailability of networks, servers, or other connections, including those through and/or by the Sweepstakes Page; [c] any electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including but not limited to server malfunctions or human errors that may occur during the processing of entries; [d] any failed, garbled, lost, misrouted, or scrambled transmissions; [e] any errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, or delays in any transmission or communication, or any other errors or issues of any kind, whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, cellular telephone-related, or otherwise; [f] any traffic congestion on the Internet or any technical problems, including but not limited to any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other individual’s computer or wireless phone/handset that may be related to or result from participation in this. Sweepstakes; [g] late, lost, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, email messages, or postage-due mail; [h] any situation arising from events outside the control of the Sponsor that may lead to the disruption or corruption of the Sweepstakes; or [i] printing mistakes in Sweepstakes or advertising materials. By entering and participating, entrants agree to the following: [a] adhere to these Official Rules and to the decisions made by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes; [b] the utilization of their names, photographs, testimonials, or other likenesses and/or prize information or personal exposition (including any edited portions thereof) by the Sponsor and its designee(s) for promotional, advertising, and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or in the future known throughout the universe indefinitely, including but not limited to the display of their names on the Sweepstakes Page, without compensation or notice to, or further consent from, the winner to the extent allowed by law; and [c] to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all injuries, liabilities, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage. Failure to comply with the Official Rules may lead to disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and the selection of an alternate winner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations are applicable. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCUR, THE SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Internet entry must be conducted by the entrant solely at the authorized sweepstakes. Entries can be submitted via the page https://bang-bangtactical.com/webinars/ by completing the online entry form or through the entry methods mentioned above. Any entries that fail to adhere to YouTube’s Community Guidelines at http://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworkds/policies/communities-guidelines/ will be disqualified. Entries must not be made by any other person or entity, nor should they originate from any unauthorized Internet website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entry service sites. Any potential winner who has entered through any of the prohibited methods outlined above will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen. In case of a dispute concerning the identity of the individual submitting an entry, the entry will be considered to have been submitted by the “authorized account holder” linked to the email account at the time of entry, who must adhere to these Official Rules. The prospective winner may be obligated to provide proof (to the satisfaction of the Sponsor) that they are the authorized account holder of the email address linked to a winning entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the individual who has been assigned an email address by an Internet service provider, an online service provider, or another entity responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain related to the submitted email address.

In the case that a dispute concerning the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, the entry in question will be considered ineligible. The Sponsor retains the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any related website, to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to be behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other individual.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot proceed as intended due to damage caused by computer viruses, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable laws, unforeseen challenges, or any other factors that, in the sole judgment of the Sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise impact the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any portion of the Sweepstakes. Furthermore, the Sponsor may select the applicable winner(s) from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the point of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as appropriate, or to proceed in a manner deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SPONSOR, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, THEIR LICENSEES AND/OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE OR THE DOWNLOADING AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIALS FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGEWITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL CONTENT ON THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE IS OFFERED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT PERMIT THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; THEREFORE, SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MENTIONED ABOVE MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO YOU. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS CONCERNING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

9. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, every entrant consents that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising from or related to the Sweepstakes or any awarded prize shall be settled individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and solely by the appropriate court situated in the State of Florida. All matters and inquiries regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in relation to the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law principles (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction) that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Under no circumstances shall a participant be allowed to receive awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees. Furthermore, the participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. PRIVACY: Information provided in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://bang-bangtactical.com/privacy-policy/

11. SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS: If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be considered severable from these Official Rules and shall not impact the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions in these Official Rules are included solely for convenience of reference and shall not be interpreted to affect the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision contained herein.

12. WINNER LIST: The name, city, and state of the winner may be requested from the Sponsor for approximately 60 days starting from the commencement time and date.
